Quyen only accepts sizing exchanges on items that have not been additionally serviced. In the case of alterations, your tailored piece/s are not eligible for an exchange. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AS PER BELOW:
The return is handled to an affiliated courier service and PROCESSED within 14 days from receiving your order.
Exchanged garments are in an original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all associated packaging included. Any garment that has been worn, damaged, stained or altered will not be accepted, as all returned GARMENTS need to be in a re-saleable condition.
Bodysuits and intimate-wear pieces are to be tried on wearing undergarments, with the protective hygiene sticker intact. Garments will not be accepted if the sticker is removed or altered.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please note that returns will only be accepted if there is a major fault. In the unlikely case, please contact our customer care team within 48hrs of receiving your order with image(s) of the fault(s) so we can work with you to alter this promptly.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on full-priced garments within 14 days of receiving our order. Subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, please contact us. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item for a credit note.
Exchanges within Australia are shipped to you free of change. International exchange shipments however may be charged a service fee of up to $55AUD pending location.
