PROUDLY, OUR GARMENTS ARE CARED FOR IN MELBOURNE, WHERE OUR PIECES ARE CUT, SEWN AND ALTERED IN-HOUSE TO ENSURE THAT WE CARE FOR EACH garment.

Our stock is predominantly MADE-TO-ORDER. As such, there will be a longer lead time BETWEEN 2-4 weeks FROM point of order and DELIVERY. Customers will be notified when orders are complete and prepared for shipping. Please note, orders of multiple items will have a longer completion date based off the item with the longest lead time.  To express a request, please contact our care team at info@quyen.au to be notified of when PRE-orders are released.

CANCELLATIONS

Quyen reserves the right to cancel an order within 48hrs of placement. A refund will be actioned and the total amount will be credited on to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We offer complimentary shipping on all australian orders over $350aud. All other orders will be charged $15aud.

All domestic orders will be dispatched within 48hrs after confirmation of completion. Once Your Order Has Been Dispatched You Will Receive An Email With A Tracking Number. All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please note that this is a postal service, not a courier service. Quyen will not be liable for third-party shipping delays that may occur, as well as lost or stolen parcels. Once garments have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit. 

  • Please ensure your details are entered correctly. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter CONTACT details and you will be charged the standard postage rate to resend if returned to sender. 

  • Postage Does Not Cover Any Import Taxes & duties That May Apply At The International Country Of Destination. We Do Not Accept Returns Or Issue Refunds To Customers On Orders That Were Not Received Due To Unpaid Duties. 

  • Please note if an order delivery is refused, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred.
